Dillon shines with 7.5 miles of holiday lights this winter

Downtown Dillon is bringing back its six-figure light show this winter.

The town is contacting with the lighting experts at Elevation Holiday Lighting to cover more than 230 trees with 7.5 miles (!!) of twinkling lights.

They’re also bringing back four large 3D sculptures, including an archway, teddy bear, ornament and fox.

New this year is a 15-foot-tall glowing stag.

Also new is enhanced lighting for Dillon Town Park. The contract is just under $110,000, but the town budgeted $150,000 for holiday lighting. They’ll use some of the extra money to dress up town park.

Dillon flips the switch on its downtown holiday lights over Thanksgiving. They’ll be up until March.
