Sponsorship of the City of Denver Diversity Employment Day Career Fair that took place on February 19, 2021.

Sponsorship of the City of Denver Diversity Employment Day Career Fair that took place on August 6, 2021.

Summit County Chamber of Commerce hosts social mixers, open to business owners and the public each month. Station personnel attend regularly and discuss recruitment and employment opportunities at the radio station. As of last year, many of the social mixers have moved to a virtual platform. This past summer we were able to participate in multiple in-person events as COVID restrictions were lifted. Krystal Broadcasting maintains a policy of direct outreach through its staff and business contacts, and encourages direct referral of all qualified individuals, including female and minority applicants.
