GUIDED MEDITATION AND SOUND HEALING
Join Sarah Antonucci for an evening of meditation and sound healing. This class combines a short guided meditation with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and other gentle percussive instruments. Participation limited to age 18+. Facilitated in Spanish and English.
