Summit County resident arrested for sexual exploitation of a child

The Summit County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man in Summit County after receiving a tip from teh Internet crimes Against Children Taskforce.

Khidhr Odom was arrested on April 10 and booked on several charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Child. Before he was arrested, detectives searched Odom’s home and seized internet capable devices, according to a press release from the Summit County Sheriff’s Department.

Summit County Sheriff Jaime FitzSimons was quoted in the release saying, “Once again we are shown the strength of citizens and law enforcement working together to keep the community safe.”
