Search for missing snowboarder in Vail

The Eagle County Sheriff’s Department and rescue crews are looking for a 26-year-old snowboarder.

Connor Gill, from Denver, is described as standing 6 feet tall and weighing 195 pounds. The photos above are courtesy of KMGH. He was overdue to return when reported missing to Vail Ski Patrol on Friday, February 14. The sheriff’s department said in a release that the team from Vail Mountain Rescue and Vail Ski Patrol looked for him at his last known location and the area commonly rode by the missing individual. He was last seen wearing an orange ski suit that has blue accents on the top part and a grey helmet, riding on a Salomon snowboard.

The Eagle County Sheriff’s Department says,
“This is an active ongoing search for a missing person. More information will be released as it becomes available. If you have any information please call Vail Dispatch at 970-479-2201
