Low water levels on Colorado’s reservoirs are bringing some lost property into the light. The Summit County Sheriff’s Office shared video of an ATV that had been missing for five years after an ice fisherman had a mishap and lost his ATV to the icy depths of the Green Mountain Reservoir.
