Cortina Trail is an easy 2.4-mile out-and-back trail that starts at the end of E. 3rd Street in Silverthorne. This trail is accessible right from town! Access it via a short ride or walk from town to the top of Buffalo Drive, or adventure further on foot to the Eagles Nest Wilderness and beyond.
Keep your eyes open for moose, deer, fox and other species who love to spend time in the forests and wetlands along Ryan Gulch. Remember to keep your dogs on leash to avoid negative interactions with wildlife. – Jordan with Summit County Open Space and Trails
