1/11 YOGA NIDRA AND JOURNALING
Join Leslie Glenn to explore the practices of Yoga Nidra and Journaling to enter the new year with more clarity and focus. Yoga Nidra or “Yogic sleep” moves our awareness inward using systematic relaxation to create a container of deep rest and rejuvenation for the body, mind and spirit. While we rest in a state of deep relaxation, we awaken to our innate wholeness and the boundless capacity of our being. Following the guided relaxation practice, we will take time to journal and create a unique intention for the new year. Event Facilitated in English.
